PROFECTIO AVG = "Departure of the Emperor".  Commemorates the departure of Caracalla from Rome for his Germanic campaigns.  Considering that he had just given had 20,000 of his brother's friends and associates killed, Rome was probably happy to see the back of Caracalla.
